Directions of use:

1. Use of this product can begin on any day except while menstruating and should end 3 days before menstruation. If menstruation is irregular, discontinue use on the first day of menstruation. Product use may resume 3 days after menstruation ends. Dosage is based on the individual.
2. Before using the product, cleanse the outer vaginal area. Remove one tablet of Vagifresh Ball from the packaging and place it on the sterilized tip of the middle finger. Insert the ball deep into the vagina.

Allow the ball to remain in the vagina for 48 hours, and then use the vaginal flusher to drain the feculence out of the vagina.
3. After the feculence has been flushed out, remove a strip of Vagifresh Moisturizing Gel from its packaging. Wash your hands, Screw the reusable applicator clockwise onto the tube opening. Delicately squeeze the tube until the plunger of the applicator is pushed outward 3 inches. Carefully remove the applicator from the tube. Gently insert applicator into the vagina, no more than 3 inches, and push the plunger to fully release gel. Slowly remove the applicator. Wash the applicator in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry after each use. Use the Gel for two consecutive days.
4. Alternate using the one tablet of Vagifresh Ball for two days and Vagifresh Moisturizing Gel for another two days until the whole pack is finished. Wait 5 days before starting a new pack. Please read the warning before use.
5. During the alternating use of Vagifresh Ball and Vagifresh Moisturizing Gel, calcified toxins will be discharged out of your body can be applied to cleanse the outer vaginal area.
6. For those not infected by gynecological inflammation, proper dosage is based on individual needs.(Recommendation:When first using this product, finish one pack. Then use two pills of the Vagifresh Ball every month to discharge the remaining deposits after menstruation.

Storage Instructions:

This product should be stored in a cool, dry location. Exposure to temperatures greater than 95°F and direct sunlight should be avoided.
Warnings:

Please discontinue use of Female One 15 days prior to gynecological examination.
1. Not for oral use. Vagifresh Ball and Vagifresh Moisturizing Gel are for vaginal use only.
2. Female One is effective in contracting the uterus and vagina. During use, if the vagina becomes too contracted to discharge the toxins, the vaginal flusher can be used to drain them out.
3. In the course of detoxification, white and yellow dead dermatoid cell membranes , inflammation secretions and calcified leucorrhoea will be discharged. Therefore, it is necessary to cleanse the outer vaginal area with clean water or . Otherwise the outer vaginal area may become itchy. If this occurs, clean your outer vaginal area first with clean water and then spray directly over the itchy area. It is recommended that the outer vaginal area be cleansed 2- 4 times a day and sanitary napkins be changed frequently. Discontinue use if there are open wounds in the outer vaginal area.
4. Abstain from sexual intercourse for 48 hours after the use of Female One. If sexual intercourse occurs while using Female One, it is recommended that the vaginal secretions be discharged out of your body with a vaginal flusher.
5. Do not use during menstruation.
6. Virgins, pregnant women, and women who are breast-feeding should not use this product. Those in weak health or who experience allergies should use with caution.
7. Do not use until one month after an abortion or three months after childbirth.
8. Do not use until three months after uterine or ovarian surgery.
9. Not for oral use. Keep out of reach of children.
Description of Discharges During Use:

1. Women with Bacterial Vaginosis: In the initial stages of use, fishy smelling, viscous secretions will be discharged. Continued use will result in the discharge of calcified matter accompanied by a light, tingling sensation in the genital area. During menstruation, some deposits will be discharged along with menstrual secretions, many in the form of black, blood clots.
2. Women with Colpitis Mycotica: In the initial stages of use, secretions with a cottage cheese consistency will be discharged. Continued use will result in the appearance of film accompanied by a slight tingling sensation in the genital area during menstruation. Some deposits will be discharged along with menstrual secretions,many in the form of black, blood clots.
3. Women with Trichomoniasis Vaginitis: In the initial stages of use, foamy yellow or yellow-green secretions will be discharged. Some discharges may contain streaks of blood. Continued use will result in the discharge of calcified matter accompanied by a slight tingling sensation in the genital area. Some deposits will be discharged along with menstrual secretions,many in the form of black, blood clots.
4. Women with Cervical Erosion and Cervicitis: There will be an increase in yellow, pus-like vaginal secretions as well as the existence of eroded tissue or black/brown viscera. During the initial stages of use, there will be large amounts of blood and viscera during menstruation. There may be occasional streaks of blood in the secretion accompanied by lower back pain. With continued use, the user will experience the appearance of film as well as the gradual decrease of lower back discomfort.
5. Women with Endometritis:During use, there will be a successive discharge of dark red, black or yellow secretions, as well as a peculiar smell. Individual users may experience gangrenous flesh materials. During menstruation, there may be large amounts of blood clots and vicera.
